DMCA Policy for Aniwatch Apk

Aniwatch Apk is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Aniwatch Apk application or services, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

To file a DMCA infringement notice with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This means a detailed description of the copyrighted work, e.g., "my photograph," "my article," "my video," "my book," along with specific URLs where the original work can be found or a registration number.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the specific URL(s) or other identifying location(s) where the infringing material is located within the Aniwatch Apk services. This must be specific enough for us to locate the material.
  3. Sufficient information to permit us to contact the complaining party: This includes your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL(s) or other identifying location(s) of the material that was removed or disabled before its removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Aniwatch Apk may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
